Cancellation Policy

BOOKING & PAYMENT 50% deposit is required before your event to secure your event date and time. Final Payment is due 24 hours before event start time. Bookings are not confirmed until 50% payment is received. Payments accepted: Credit/Debit, Zelle, or other approved methods. 2. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY Deposits are refundable only if cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to the event date. After that, deposits are non-refundable. Clients may reschedule one time if requested at least 72 hours before the event, subject to availability. If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the event, full payment is required.
